Lawrence is a true Georgia native (GO DAWGS) and was born and raised in charming Savannah, Georgia. As for Vanessa, she originally hails from Virginia but made her way to Savannah to marry her childhood sweetheart. Lawrence and Vanessa are not your average entrepreneurs; they're also dedicated mentors making a big impact in their community.
They're all about helping others grow spiritually and professionally. They've managed to blend their business smarts with their deep spiritual commitment, which has enabled them to guide and uplift others. Their businesses are a testament to their commitment to integrity, innovation, and community service. And as mentors, they provide priceless guidance and support to budding entrepreneurs and anyone looking to grow personally and professionally.
Their venture into real estate started unexpectedly when they inherited a home in 2014. This became their very first flip and ignited their passion for investing. Lawrence dives into the numbers and acquisitions side, while Vanessa brings her creative flair & eye for design, service & management. Together, they work tirelessly to blend their skills and create beautiful, meaningful, and quality work.
On top of that, they're proud parents to two amazing kids, Kennedi and Lawrence III. When they're not busy with work and parenting, they love hitting the bowling alley, exploring new destinations near and far, enjoying some family time in the water, and hosting awesome family events and get-togethers.
